Then I signed back in, but I did not receive any prompt to input my serial number.ġ. A message appeared confirming that my PSE 15 was a trial version. Well, I was already signed in, so I signed out. I found an older, similar question in these forums about this and did what was suggested in a reply: open the editor, sign in with my Adobe ID, and I theoretically should see a prompt to enter my serial number. I can not find where in the software to input the serial number I received via email. The catalog is working fine in PSE 15, and I have since purchased a license for PSE 15 from the Adobe web site. I backed up my PSE 11 catalog and then converted it to a PSE 15 catalog. I downloaded and installed a trial version of PSE 15.
